These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LogLab (the "App"), developed by Mathis Garcia ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using LogLab, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LogLab on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal or professional use. This license is in addition to, and does not replace, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement, which also applies to your use of the App.
Purchases and billing
LogLab is free to download and includes a full manual grading toolkit at no cost. LogLab Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks additional features for life. There is no subscription and nothing recurs.
- All purchases are billed by Apple through your App Store account, in accordance with Apple's terms.
- LogLab Pro is tied to your Apple Account and is automatically available on any device signed into that same account.
- Pricing is displayed in the App and in App Store Connect, and may vary by region.

Your content
You retain all ownership rights to the video content, clips, and grades you create or import in LogLab. This content is stored locally on your device. We don't access, store, or claim any rights over it. You're solely responsible for the content you create and for having the rights to any footage or LUTs you import.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the App beyond what's permitted by law; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent LogLab Pro's paywall or purchase verification.
Intellectual property
LogLab, including its design, LUT presets, and branding, is owned by Mathis Garcia and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the App to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
LogLab is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LogLab, including loss of data or content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to LogLab if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LogLab after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
