LogLab Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. It's unlocked for life, with no subscription to manage. If Pro isn't showing as unlocked on a device, open LogLab and tap "Restore Purchases" while signed into the Apple ID you bought it with. See our Refund Policy for how refund requests work.
